1. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMELANE:

We offer several shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. The estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Standard delivery - UPS, Nova Global - $10-$20 takes - 12-14 days

Express shipping - UPS - $20-$30 -  takes 7-9 days.

3. PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping rates are fixed: $10 for standard shipping (exceptions: products from categories ''Teddy Bear'' and "Money Card Box'' - $20 for standard shipping and $30 for expedited if sent by itself) and $20 for express shipping. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount of $200, and this will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):

We ship to all 50 states within the USA. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

6. SHIPPING CARRIERS:

We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Nova Global for shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the USA. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage international customers to reach out to us for alternative solutions.

8. ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.

9. DELIVERY ISSUES:

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or damages, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
